The heart of Egypt’s paper industry

In terms of paper demand across the MENA region, consumption of paper and paperboard stood at around 17 million tons in 2024, and is forecast to reach nearly 19 million tons by 2035 — reflecting steady growth. Packaging, household & sanitary papers, and paperboard segments are key drivers of this expansion.
